Facilities Planning

BruceBEM provides planning tools for Service Providers and Landlords to create and track FM Projects, including Activities, hierarchically linked Works and Tasks, linked resources (Costs & Trades), financials, costs and time tracking.

Managing Facilities Projects:

• Create Projects for renovation and construction projects
• Add BOQs (Bills of Quantity)
• Open and manage bidding: Providers (other Bruce Members) by invitation, can bid on elements of the BOQEasily compare offers from different providers

Setting up Contracts:

• Contracts establish relations within BruceBEM and BRUCE Platform, with other stakeholders
• Contracts regulate all transactions and activities
